11= In chapter eleven Anna's baby sister dies and her mother becomes very sad.
They bury her body in a blanket and use a rock for her tumb stone. Then they
write her frist, middle and last name on the tumb stone. Evantully they come to
what seems to be a cemeatry with many buried bodies. Then Anna's mother start's
to cry again.

I did not like chapter three because it is sad.

Chpt14-Is about Minas birthday.She is thurning 11.Her papa says she is growing up so fast.Before his eyes.
ReplyDeletechpt15-Is about when they are still on their trip.Mina feels safe because there are gaurds.She meets Indians.
Chpt16-iS About her Papa building a cabin to stay at.Since Papa needs money because he is going to be leaving and working with wagons.
So Nina has to stay wwith Anna's family.

Chapter 13-I like the part when they saw a panther. I liked it when they found someplace to stay for the night. Papa tried to shoot the panther.
ReplyDeleteCh 14-I liked the part when Mina met an Indian and gave her a piece of her hair. The Indian was a little girl.
ReplyDeleteCh 15-Mina and her parents, Ana and her parents, and Mr. and Mrs. Kaufmann went to an Indian Territory and found a dead bear. Mina saw her braid of hair on the dead bear.
Chapter 16-Papa left the family to work in New Braunfels and Mina was left with the Kaufmann's. Mina was sad. She wanted to go with Papa, but she knew she could not. Papa and the other dads built a cabin.
ReplyDeleteChapter 17 - In this chapter Mina had been sent to live with the Kaufmann's. Then, Mrs. Kaufmann got sick and Mina was sent to live with Bickenbachs. When she came inside their house, Lisette welcome and took her to their room. Lisette gave Mina her night gown because Mina's was too short for her. When Mina's father returned he brought a milk cow. I like in the friendship between Mina and Lisette, but I did not like when Mrs. Kaufmann got sick.
ReplyDeleteChapter 18 - Is about when Mina's dad came back and he got sick. Mina went to call Dr. Schubert to check on her dad, but he did not come. He became very ill as the time pass. Mina had a dream about seeing and glimmering indian. In the dream, she asked the indian if he can help Papa. This chapter is sad because of Papa's illness. I don't like that, but I liked when Mina met the glimmering indian in her dream.
